how the fuck do I do Kamina’s tattoo for Otakon?!

I’m sitting here wondering if there’s anyway that one person can do it without having someone else stencil the design on you for like a solid hour. I’m thinking maybe using some tape and skin-toned cloth to get the look. but for now, FFFFUCK.
